At Auradream Designs Private Limited, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please read our refund and cancellation terms below:
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting support@auradream.in.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
- Refunds are processed only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Eligible products must be returned unused, in original packaging, within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Digital goods, subscriptions, or in-app purchases (once activated) are non-refundable.
